All download links provided by Fire Loops for each product is only valid for 5 downloads. Fire Loops encourages to download the files as soon as the links are provided. The download links are only valid for 1 day only. If the links get delited and you couldnt download the products please contact fireloops as soon as possible so we will be able to re-validate the links.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you would normally have the right to cancel the contract of sale within seven days. However, this does not relate to digital downloads which cannot be returned. You do not have the right to cancel an order once the Product has been downloaded. This does not affect any other rights that you may have.
Fire Loops may also not refund for incompatibality issues. You will be provided with a choice of wav/rex/apple loops/acid/refill formats for each product. We encourage that you check your audio applications/sample players are compatible with any of these formats.
Fire Loops are not responsible for any loss of digital media/formats due to hard drive faliure/computer faliure/virusus/sorftware faliure. We encourage that you back up/store your files securely & also keep your computers safe with using upto date virus guards.
The audio sample packs found on fireloops.com are licenced but not sold to you. Fireloops is the original owner or licensee of the original audio recordings. You will be granted a single user license to use the audio samples within your music productions without paying and extra fees/monies to fireloops.com. all samplepacks on fireloops.com are 100% royalty free.
You cannot distribute,rent,sell,lease,transfer,sub-license any audio material provided to you by firellops.com. You can only use our samples mixed in your original compositions(songs/soundtracks/adverts/films etc). You do not have the rights to include sounds provided by fireloops.com in any sample library/sound library whatsoever without prior permission from Fire Loops.
Fire Loops kindly requests all our coustomers to credit us appropriately when releasing matelrial using our samples in your compositions so that it will help promote our company.(eg- "bass n chorus/beat-hi hats & snare"on track 5 is taken from "Electro Hop"sample pack from Fire Loops.")
